Meet The Team

As the proprietor, I will ensure from the first time someone steps foot into Strong Sprouts to when they leave, all aspects are managed. I will help coach all staff in reflecting the love of Christ towards families. No job is too big or too small- I am here to promote growth within all individuals. 

As a homeschooling mom to our children, I look forward to helping organize events, hosting Small Group gatherings and launching a Home School Program for families at Strong Sprouts.​

As Office Manager/Growth Director, you'll be directly responsible for all Team Lead personnel, along with creating working schedules for all staff. This position will also include hosting regular meetings between Team Leads and creating a fun, dynamic working environment for all staff members. Some managerial experience preferred.

Team Leads will have varying responsibilities according to area- Playground/Childcare, Cafe/Barista, Instructor/Kingdom Coach and Front End/Sprouts Host. Some leadership experience preferred.

Do you have high energy and love to work with kids? This position would be best for you! Instructor/Kingdom Coaches will lead high-energy fitness classes and provide instruction to varying age groups. 

As the first impression our clients will experience, this position requires a friendly smile, helpful guidance to select the best options to fit each family's needs and coordination with our software to book birthday parties and events.

Offering nutritional snacks and drink options, our Cafe/Barista team will assist guests with purchases, along with providing simple, made-to order hot and cold beverages. No experience necessary! We'll handle all the training. 

As a Support Staff member, responsibilities could include tidying up the toys around playground area on frequent intervals, ensuring the facility remains in good order and restocking art and cafe supplies. 

Our Prayer Partners will provide support through prayer. At Strong Sprouts, both families and staff members will be encouraged to share any specific prayer needs, which we will communicate to our Prayer Partners. We believe this is a crucial aspect of Strong Sprout's Mission to spread the love of Jesus.
