What's Included & Important Details

Dedicated Party Staff: Multiple hosts are on-site to make your event stress-free. A dedicated front desk Party Host will manage guest check-ins and verify digital safety waivers. For Heartland Grove packages, two enthusiastic gym instructors are included to direct your games.

Setup & Clean-Up Help: Enjoy your party while we handle the heavy lifting. You get access to your room 30 minutes before the party starts with a staff member dedicated to helping you set up. Afterward, our team handles the full clean-up.

Food, Drinks & Fridge Storage: We provide multiple folding tables and chairs for your layout. While outside tableware, food, and drinks are not supplied (please bring your own plates, napkins, and utensils), each party room features a full-sized refrigerator to store your cake and refreshments. If preferred, we can coordinate all the food, drinks & decor!
Booking & Cancellation Policies

The Booking Process: Submit our online inquiry form below to check availability. A team member will follow up to review your request and send a secure link to pay a $75 deposit, which holds your date and time slot. The deposit will go towards your party package.

Final Balance: The remaining balance for your party package is due 3 days prior to the event date. Any additional guest or time fees will be due at the conclusion of your event.

Rescheduling & Cancellations: We understand plans change! You can rebook your event to a new date up to 7 days in advance at no extra charge to preserve your deposit. Cancellations or modifications made less than 7 days before the event will result in a forfeiture of the $75 deposit.
